HR Analyst Intern

As an HR Analyst Summer Intern, you'll have the chance to participate in rotational projects across various HR functions, with a strong focus on supporting our campus recruiting efforts. You'll gain valuable insights into different HR practices and contribute to initiatives that shape our workplace experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in assignments with different HR sub-teams.
• Assist in organizing campus recruiting events and engage with potential candidates.
• Help manage the candidate experience and support communication and scheduling logistics.
• Create engaging content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to highlight company culture and events.
• Support the design and implementation of programs targeting early career professionals.
• Conduct data analysis to support HR initiatives and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations for HR management.
• Support various HR administrative tasks and documentation.
• Develop HR materials, such as training documents and communications.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in an HR or business administration-related field.
• Strong interest in exploring various HR functions and supporting talent acquisition efforts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with event planning and coordination. 
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Program DetailsThis 10-week program runs from June to August, offering training and support with a dedicated mentor. Successful interns may receive full-time job offers.

The annual base pay for this role is expected to be between $70,000 and $85,000 which will be prorated based on internship start and end date. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications and experience and level of education.
