About the Role:

We are looking for a summer intern to support the QARA Project while gaining hands-on experience in project communication, stakeholder engagement and internal marketing. This role is ideal for students with a background in marketing, communications, or related disciplines who want to learn how communication support large-scale projects within a medical device environment. You will also have opportunities to develop your presentation, storytelling, and digital content skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing, engaging, presentations and communication materials for global stakeholders.

  • Support internal project communication initiatives, including newsletters, updates, and digital content that promote awareness of QARA Project team’s activities.

  • Develop scalable monthly content plans (e.g. spotlights, updates, visuals) to increase visibility of the team’s work.

  • Collaborate with team members to document process and workflows.

  • Support exploration of automation and in-house AI tools to improve communication and project efficiency

  • Contribute to training materials or guidance for business processes as needed. 

  • Liaise with internal teams (IT, Manufacturing, Product Development) to coordinate process improvements.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (engineering or science background with strong communication interest are welcome).

  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills

  • Confident, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Willing to learning about QARA systems and processes and project management best practices.

  • Familiarity with Canva, Jira, Confluence, and AI based tools is a plus.
