• Developing a deep understanding of users needs; 
• Working with other UX designers across the businesses and collaborating with external design partners. 
• Providing a clear, consistent voice on end-to-end user experience design to project teams and stakeholders.
• Working on user-centered designs for products and services that differentiate our brands in the marketplace around the world.  
• Participating in the product usability testing process by collaborating on test plans, attending test sessions, and developing design solutions. 
• Collaborating with other UX disciplines, including graphic design, interaction design, and usability specialists in nurturing a world-class organization.
• Collaborating with UX teams to deliver product releases to meet functional, quality and schedule goals.
• Attend scrum ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
