Requirements:

 
To be considered for an internship, you must be currently enrolled in a degree seeking program. This position is specifically looking for someone who will be enrolled in a PhD program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Chemical Engineering at the time of the internship.
  • Evaluate options for top-drain TFET.
  • TCAD and Multiphysics tools to model sense device for smart power. 
  • Create white paper evaluating TFET up-drain devices and tradeoffs.
  • Atomistic simulations for NVM candidate devices.
  • Electrical Characterization of devices.
  • Layout work for next generation devices.
