This summer you could work for one of Levi Strauss & Co.'s iconic brands! Our Fostering Influential Talent (F.I.T.) Internship Program give students real-world exposure to one of the world's leading fashion and apparel companies. Our 8-week Summer F.I.T. Program is based at a LS&Co. office and is the perfect way to gain work experience in the core of the organization, while learning what a career at LS&Co. might have in store for you.
In addition to daily responsibilities, all F.I.T. Interns will participate in summer project in their department to support an important business initiative and work with various areas of our business and our brands. Leadership seminars and career exploration learning series connect our interns to our leaders and provide exposure to different career paths internally.
About the Job
Project & Program Support
Conduct internal and external research relevant to people's projects and programs.
Prepare timelines, communication plans, and checklists to ensure timely delivery of people projects
Project participation could include engagement initiatives, performance optimization, talent recruitment and development, inclusion activities, benefits communication, and systems optimization
Work on high priority HR initiatives like engagement/belonging, career growth, job architecture, performance management, talent review & succession, and leader development
Collaboration & Coordination
Provide logistical support for meetings and events related to HR initiatives
Support HR calendar, communications, and project management
Promote a values-based culture ensuring all employees feel heard and their experience and insights valued.
Reporting & Analytics
Learn internal systems and processes to facilitate reporting and reviews.
Create reports, summaries, and presentations to support HR efforts.
Assist with policy updates, asset and compliance reviews, and creation of tools and resources
About You:
High school diploma or GED
Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, associate program
Expected Graduation date Spring 2027
Eligible to work in the U.S. or Canada (based on role location) and provide proof of work authorization (citizen or permanent resident)
Experience with apparel industry and product knowledge
Familiarity with HRIS platforms like Workday is beneficial but not required
Additional Information:
Salary: $30/Hour for undergraduate and associate and $55/ Hour for graduate
Relocation: Travel and housing assistance will be provided if you need to relocate for the summer
