Mercer Italy is looking for young and talented candidates to join through an exciting and fruitful internship the Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice based in Milan.

Our Transformation Practice supports our clients People Strategy with a specific focus on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology and Analytics.

You will have the opportunity to support and take part in designing and delivering projects focused on organization architecture, structure and chart, benchmarking, role mapping for several and different industries clients.
 

We will count on you to:

  • Drive organizational design initiatives that incorporate change management, cultural transformation, and leadership development to ensure sustainable impact.

  • Collaborate with Clients and conduct comprehensive assessments of their current workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices.

  • Analyze data and develop insights to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, developing expertise in the transformation area: organization design, process re-engineering, analytics and technology trends.

  • Contribute to large complex client projects sale and execute project delivery in line with strategic direction from the project manager.

  • Facilitate client meetings (e.g. workshops, focus groups, and other collaborative sessions) and act as a trusted advisor to clients (in presence or in remote).

  • take part in designing new and innovative solutions, processes and projects in Workforce & Organization Transformation and data driven Organization design;

  • Balance multiple project schedules to meet deadlines;

  • Implementing strategic workforce planning best practice that delivers value to the business;

What you need to have:

  • master’s Degree in Economics, Management, Organization, Management Engineering or similar;

  • fluency in both Italian and English languages;

  • excellent use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Outlook)

  • strong organizational and communication skills;

  • a strong passion for design processes.
