What you’ll be doing:

Role would provide opportunity to assist in various departments under Service management

• Incident analysis
• Reporting assistance
• Observability analysis
• Service management reporting 

What you bring:

• Bachelor's in computer science preferred
• Analytical skills
• Scripting skills
• Strong communication
• Team player
• Knowledge of AI automation would be a strong advantage
