Role Summary

FP MOVEMENT PERFORMANCE APPAREL INTERNSHIP

Support the Free People Movment Performance Design team creatively, technically, and administratively, to execute product that represents the unique style of the Free People Movement brand.

See for yourself what our past & present interns are upto @urbncareers!The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office inPhiladelphia, PA.Summer Internship Program Application Process:   1. Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component required for the design internship position you are applying for, you will be notified directly by 11/8. If requested to complete a project, it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position.  2. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete avideo Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the emailis received.   3. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.    Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd, 2025.

Role Responsibilities

Creative Responsibilities:

• Drape, pattern, and sew 3D mocks for design presentations.
• Create technical sketches in Procreate for tech packs.
• Support team in creating digital CADs for design presentations.
• Attend technical setups and fittings.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Execute administrative tasks for the design team as needed including but not limited to filing, organizing, and transporting submits and samples.

Role Qualifications

Fashion Design skills from a current school program. Creativity and a positive attitude! A willingness to learn and try new things. You are innovative, inventive, artistic & detail-oriented.
