About the Role

As a Customer Service Reception Apprentice, you’ll be the welcoming face of our business, playing a key role in delivering exceptional front-of-house service. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, administration, and office coordination while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and managing reception duties with professionalism and warmth
  • Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate departments
  • Supporting administrative tasks including mail handling, organisation of meeting rooms, and office supplies
  • Assisting with internal communications and supporting the wider Customer Service team with Customer Order Processing and general queries
  • Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Learning about customer service best practices and office operations
