What You Will Do
SUMMARY
- We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Proposals Intern to join our team for the summer. This internship provides hands-on experience in marketing, public relations, and proposal development within a fast-paced professional environment. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and eager to learn how marketing strategy and proposal development drive company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team in developing content for digital platforms, including website updates, newsletters, and social media.
- Research market trends, client information, and competitor activity to support business development initiatives.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of marketing assets, project data, and staff resumes in internal databases.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, and production of proposal documents, qualifications packages, and presentations.
- Help track and analyze proposal outcomes and marketing campaign performance metrics.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical staff to develop clear, compelling marketing collateral and proposal content.
- Support internal and external communications, events, and brand initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, or a related field, and at least a Junior by credit hours.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple internal customers and deadlines.
- Interest in marketing strategy and proposal development.

Salary is $18.00 per hour.
