The Opportunity
Join our dynamic Worksite team as a Summer 2026 Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting program delivery across a range of strategic initiatives. This internship offers exposure to project management, business analysis, testing, and readiness activities that drive improvements for our Worksite teams and customers. Gain real-world experience working on impactful business projects. Explore the full Worksite ecosystem, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Service functions.
Participate in structured onboarding and networking sessions with Worksite leaders and support teams.
The Team
The Worksite Business Process Support team is a cross-functional group of project managers, business analysts and product owners. We are united by a shared commitment to delivering high-impact solutions that enhance the experience of our internal teams and external customers. We regularly partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. The Impact:
As a Program Delivery Intern, your contributions will help drive successful execution of key projects and initiatives. You will:
Collaborate with Project Managers to support execution tracking, status reporting, and risk/issue management.
Assist Business Analysts in updating requirements and aligning them with testing plans.
Partner with Testing teams to monitor progress, resolve issues, and manage action items.
Coordinate with Readiness teams to support rollout planning, training, and communications.
Participate in both enterprise-wide and department-level initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the Worksite business.
Your work will support MassMutual’s competencies in Results Focus, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Customer Focus, helping to ensure high-quality outcomes and a seamless experience for our stakeholders.
The Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a four-year bachelor’s degree program
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future for this position.
The Ideal Qualifications
Strong data analytic skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written communication
Ability to demonstrate strong business acumen
