Verisk‘s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide you with real work experience, professional development, and networking opportunities. This is a full-time (35 hours/ week) paid internship program spanning ten weeks from mid-June through end of August 2026. Participation in the internship program requires that you are located near London office as the program is a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to be in the office at least 2 days per week.

As an Integration Analyst Intern, you’ll work closely with product owners, customer integration leads, and other integration analysts to support data-driven initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience collecting and processing data through APIs, visualizing insights, and contributing to the development of scalable data solutions in the insurance domain.

Recruitment Process:

We want to get to know YOU. Once you apply, our team will review your application. Successful candidates will be invited to a two-stage interview process including:

  1. Digital Interview: Our team is keen to get to know you. You'll be introduced to several members of our team as they share their experiences about life at Verisk. We will ask you a series of questions in order to learn about what drives you and where your interests lie – it is your opportunity to make yourself stand out from the pack. This is a great way for you to meet several of our employees outside of a traditional 1:1 interview.
  2. Final Live Virtual Interview: This round is to determine if Verisk’s culture is right for you. You'll have the opportunity to speak with several members of our actuarial recruitment committee.
  3. Offer: Our committee will meet and discuss your candidacy. Should you be extended an offer, we will advise you of the business and location where your internship will take place.

What We’re Looking For:

Skills and Knowledge

  • Seeking those who are collaborative, well rounded, passionate, and good work ethic.

  • Strong communication skills, responsible, and highly motivated to take initiative.

  • Ability to learn, problem-solve and work independently on projects.

  • Have a growth mindset to complete all responsibilities and be eager to learn.

You'll notice we did not list specific skills. That's because the "stuff" that matters, the passion, the quantitative mindset, the ability to be a good teammate but also operate independently - these are what we are evaluating you on. We seek innovators who can add to our culture, contribute to our growth, and strive for excellence.

Experience

  • Enrolled in bachelors or masters program. We love folks with varied coursework, but you must possess an analytical mindset, passion for business, and a desire to innovate. Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering majors, a plus.

  • Experience with Python, SQL, and Excel; familiarity with machine learning libraries.

  • A history of tackling projects with a quantitative lens, and a desire for data-driven insights.

  • Verisk serves the insurance vertical so an interest or past experience in insurance is helpful, though not required.

The Intern Program is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.  If you will require work visa sponsorship after completing your degree, you do not meet the basic requirements of the summer intern role.

What You Could Learn:

  • How to collect, transform, and analyze data using APIs, SQL, and Python.

  • Techniques for visualizing data to support decision-making and product development.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support customer integrations and internal analytics.

  • Understanding data flows and integration strategies within insurance and analytics platforms.

  • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, data-driven format.
