2026 Intern – Investor Relations – San Francisco

Position Overview

The 2026 Summer Intern will assist the Investor Relations and Business Development Team at the company’s headquarters in San Francisco. This is an exciting opportunity to develop both technical and client servicing skills at an established alternative investment firm. The intern will be responsible for conducting market research, preparing investor communication materials, and assisting with projects to help guide internal strategy. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, and have strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business development professionals to track investor correspondence and communication
  • Conduct analyses on industry trends by aggregating market reports and listening to periodic update calls
  • Assemble, review, and update internal reporting materials that the team utilizes to track the portfolio
  • Design and lead bespoke research projects that will identify areas of growth and improvements, ultimately presenting these findings to the team at the conclusion of the internship

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to structure problems and execute analyses.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows environment, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience managing CRM systems/processes
  • Team-oriented, dependable, and curious

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience and expertise. The monthly salary for this San Francisco-based position is expected to be $5,858.67. 

Relocation and housing support are not provided for this role. Applicants should ensure they can meet the onsite work requirements.
