About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst Intern to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to solve real-world problems using data. You will get hands-on experience with large-scale data platforms, analytical tools, and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work with Snowflake to query, transform, and analyze large datasets.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to track key business metrics.
Write Python scripts for data cleaning, automation, and analysis.
Assist in scheduling and monitoring workflows using MWAA (Managed Workflows for Apache Airflow).
Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data insights.
Perform ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making.
Document processes, findings, and dashboards for team knowledge sharing.
Proactively identify data issues, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
Good SQL skills (Snowflake experience is a plus).
Knowledge of data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and scripting.
Interest in data pipelines, scheduling, and automation (Airflow/MWAA exposure is a plus).
Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

Nice to Have

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Understanding of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
