Overview
CHE Behavioral Health is currently seeing a full time Remote Regional Manager of Operations for our Northern California territory. This person must have SNF (Skilled Nursing Home) experience. CHE is a premier provider of behavioral health services with more than 500 clinicians in 12 states. Weare a multispecialty clinical group dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and toreducing stigma associated with mental health conditions. We provide both psychology and psychiatryservices in multiple settings including Outpatient Telehealth, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Our philosophy of care is grounded in the belief that mental health care should be holistic andpatient-centered. General Job Summary:The Regional Manager of Operations (CA) is responsible for managing relationships within activefacilities and clients, as well as tracking the productivity and effectiveness of assigned providers. Thisrole involves some remote work but primarily focuses on fieldwork, visiting facilities and providers tomanage relationships, drive territory growth, track metrics, and partner with our recruitment team toexpand the region. Essential Job Responsibilities: Territory Growth- Drive clinically appropriate volume growth within the assigned region by increasing facilitypenetration, onboarding new SNF facilities, and expanding specialty service lines.-Present available programs and services to facility partners to ensure patients receiveappropriate care.-Develop new business opportunities by establishing facility contracts and enhancing the scopeand depth of services in existing accounts.-Build relationships with mental health facilities, SNFs, and Assisted Living facilities to generate new business. Quality Service-Deliver exceptional customer service to active facilities, promptly addressing concerns andconducting thorough evaluations.-Conduct in-person visits to assigned facilities at least once per quarter, maintaining a record ofvisits and communications.-Provide support to facilities by facilitating interface processes and promoting referralgeneration.-Collaborate with internal teams to communicate and address territory needs effectively. Provider Management-Monitor and manage provider productivity by tracking daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, andannual RVU performance.-Collaborate with Clinical Operations to ensure aligned regional focus and goals.-Conduct monthly meetings (in person or virtual) with each assigned provider to reviewperformance and provide support.-Interview and assess potential candidates for facility-based roles.Qualifications
Education: - Bachelor’s Degree (required).- Master’s Degree (preferred). Experience:Skilled Nursing experience is required (LNHA, social services, admissions, marketing, businessdevelopment, etc).Multi-site healthcare operations experience preferred.Experience with team management, driving growth and managing productivity and metrics preferred. Salary for this position is $100k-$120k base + 20% bonusInternships by Season
