The Forensic Advisory Services Internship is expected to last between 8-12 weeks. This individual is expected to execute litigation support/forensic accounting engagements for multiple clients in various industries. 

Responsibilities include planning and completing tasks related to forensic accounting investigative services.

Job Requirements:

Some related work experience in accounting
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance in progress
Committed to obtaining a CPA license
Bilingual – English, Spanish desired
Excellent organizational skills, analytical skills and ability to work on a team
Capacity to work well under pressure
Ability to adjust priorities as deadlines shift
Proficiency in Excel, Word, QuickBooks
Participate in cases that involve accounting principles, financial analysis, calculation of economic damages, business valuation principles, fraud investigations, and bankruptcy matters
Assist in preparing a completed case work-up that is well documented and free from errors
Communicate findings and present work product clearly and concisely (orally and in writing)
Effectively present issues identified, researched, and resolved
Work on multiple engagements simultaneously
Assist in preparing expert witnesses for testimony
Demonstrate the ability to earn the trust of clients through outstanding client service and communication
