We are looking for a motivated and proactive Customer Service Intern to join our multilingual Business Center team in Barcelona.
This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment while learning how customer service connects with sales, logistics, and operations.


Responsibilities


  • Manage customer requests and order status from start to finish, including:
    • Creating quotes for Keysight Partners and Distributors using CRM Salesforce

    • Processing orders in DBMS Oracle

    • Tracking deliveries and updating customers

    • Assisting with invoicing or order-related questions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Credit & Collection

  • Observe and apply customer service policies to support problem-solving and continuous improvement

  • Provide general administrative support (reporting, documentation, follow-ups)

  • Learn and contribute to improving processes that enhance customer experience


Qualifications


  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications)

  • Strong communication skills in English and at least one other European language (German, French, or Italian preferred)

  • Detail-oriented, good organizational skills, attention to detail

  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and proactive

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
