Department Overview

The Commercial Operations – Data Center Team oversees the global data center pipeline and actively participates in every stage of the sales process to ensure successful deal closure. Responsibilities include driving for RFIs, RFPs, and pricing proposals; negotiating contracts through resolution; and coordinating the handoff to the installation team for seamless execution. The team also facilitates collaboration among internal stakeholders, ensuring timely input and alignment on deal milestones and resource planning.

Position Responsibilities

The intern will support the Commercial Operations Team in a variety of activities that drives our Data Center business. Key responsibilities include conducting market research and data analysis, developing dashboards, and documenting processes. Additionally, the intern will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and integration of AI to enhance workflow efficiency and overall productivity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Currently a student earning a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Must be graduating between spring 2026 and summer 2027


Desired Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in developing dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and accurately.
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in AI technologies and their application to workflow optimization.
  • Experience with program or project management.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation or sales operations is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Salary Statement with pay range
Bloom Energy is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The total compensation for this position is based on various factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills and experience.

The pay range for this position $31.25 - $41.50 per hour.
