We are seeking a data-obsessed & pro-active individual who wants to be our next Operations Analyst Intern at Sony Europe! This role is made for a student with a passion and natural interest for data, business operations and process analysis & improvement.
The purpose of this role is to support our Operations & Logistics team by producing various reports and dashboards, providing visibility of key performance indicators of Sony’s Logistics Operations, and driving continuous improvement activities (Kaizen). Becoming part of a larger platform, you will participate in the execution of defined sales operations & logistics procedures and processes too.
You will be given the opportunity to not only expand your knowledge and gain valuable transferable skills but also to get an exciting insight into Sony’s marketing department and to see where your career could take you.

The Job
What will you be doing?
- Prepare monthly forecasts, budgets & accruals to analyse performance within the function.
- Analyze the performance of products and various other departments and or countries.
- Preparing daily and weekly sales and volume reports to supervise progress and enhance operational planning.
- Building key dashboards for leadership meetings, resulting in high level exposure for the individual
- Analyze trends and patterns in delivery/customer profiles to support opportunities for cost-saving initiatives and sales & operational planning.
- Support on development & implementation of our operational shipment volume forecasting tool.

- Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel – Pivot tables, Lookups; SharePoint; Power BI).
Our Recruitment Process

Throughout the recruitment process until your start date, you’ll have regular connections with our HR & Sony Placement Year programme team, as well as our current interns to answer any questions and provide guidance and further information on your Sony journey. This will also allow you to connect with the other future interns who will form the 2026 Sony cohort and start building your network.
