Based in Paris and London, Midcap Partners is an investment bank specialized in Small & Mid Caps. As a global financial advisor for entrepreneurs and a broker for investors, Midcap Partners offers four types of services: - Corporate Finance (IPO, Capital Increase, Private Placement, Issuance of BSA/BSAR, Debt Structuring, Equity Reclassification, M&A Advisory)
 

Role Overview:
As an Assistant Equity Sales Intern, you will provide support to the Equity Sales team on all the daily tasks of the desk. This a 6 month off-cycle internship, based in Paris and working full time. We are ideally seeking a December 2025 start date.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Newsflow monitoring

  • Writing morning emails et market update

  • Assisting in writing trading ideas pitch

  • Taking care of customer requests 

  • Promoting marketing and corporate access events

  • Roadshows organization

  • Database management and optimization

Experience / Competences: 

Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics or similar fields 

  • Computer coding such as python, VBA or similar

  • Clear interest in financial markets

  • Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure

  • Fluency in both French and English (both oral and written)

  • Microsoft package computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point)

Desirable

  • Previous experience in Finance Services would be appreciated

  • Knowledge of SQL

  • Italian is beneficial, but otherwise not required
