Are you a young automotive enthusiast interested in growing within the Marketing, Sales, and/or Customer Care areas of a large multinational company?

MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Lifecycle Management Agent intern to join our team in Rome.

As part of our team, you will manage customer inquiries, communicate with customers using different platforms. Your key tasks will be:

  • Answering customers inquires 
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups
  • Optimize follow-up processes to improve customer satisfaction
  • Define and implement targeted sales strategies for individual dealers

Qualifications

We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results.

Our ideal Customer Lifecycle Management Agent has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as: 

  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Fluent level of English
  • Previous experience in contact with customers is considered a huge plus
  • Great problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience of planning complex schedules of activities
  • Flexibility to accomodate any travel requirements
