Intern – Supply Chain Analyst

This paid internship offers hands-on experience in supply chain operations with a strong focus on analytics. You’ll begin with an engaging onboarding program to learn about our technology, processes, and culture. Interns are fully integrated into our teams, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and contributing to impactful solutions.

At C.H. Robinson, we believe in the power of in-person collaboration. You’ll work on-site with peers and mentors five days a week, fostering creativity and driving results through face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with supply chain professionals to understand and improve internal processes across perishable and transportation logistics
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
• Support reporting and automation initiatives using SQL, Python, and/or VBA
• Learn and utilize our proprietary global supply chain platform, Navisphere®
• Build relationships across internal teams and with external partners including customers, growers, carriers, and suppliers
• Gain exposure to key areas such as operations management, sales and negotiation, and transportation systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Undergraduate Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience or coursework in SQL, Python, and/or VBA
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI), generative AI, or automation tools
• Interest in leveraging emerging technologies to enhance supply chain performance

Compensation Range

$15 - $30 per hour

The base pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by work location, which takes into account geographic cost of labor, and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base pay only and do not include additional variable compensation.
