Brown & Brown is seeking two students looking to kick-start their careers in the insurance industry by joining our Summer 2026 Internship Program in Denver, CO!
As a summer intern, you will gain exposure to both Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits insurance, and learn more about both sales and client servicing. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the financial and business operations of our office to ensure a well-rounded and comprehensive understanding of the insurance brokerage business and career opportunities within.
This fully in-office internship program has a target start date of June 1st, 2026, and target end date of August 7th, 2026.
How You Will Contribute:
- Complete an end of internship project and case study based on your interests, culminating in a presentation to the office leadership team.
- Work with both the sales and client service teams to complete various projects and administrative tasks.
- Shadow sales and service teammates; participate in meetings, events, and activities as needed.
- Track and shadow the life cycle of a prospect and a renewal with the appropriate teammate.
- Strengthen your knowledge of the insurance industry, insurance lines of coverage, and proper processes and procedures.
Skills & Experience to be Successful:
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary course of study; preferably in the field of Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Pay Range
20.00 - 20.00 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
