What you will do?
1. Deliver exceptional support by resolving user issues efficiently and
empathetically.
2. Debug and resolve technical issues in collaboration with
engineering teams.
3. Identify recurring user concerns and share actionable insights.
4. Keep documentation up to date and help improve support
automation.
5. Represent the user's voice to ensure feedback drives product
improvements.

What we are looking for?
1. Recent graduate or final-year students in Engineering, BSc, BCA
2. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end
frameworks
3. Familiarity with back-end technologies and databases.
4. Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
5. Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
