Job Title: Process Specialist Intern

Position Summary:

As a Process Specialist Intern, you will assist the Production team in flawlessly carrying out and upkeeping critical processes. This role is crafted to offer you hands-on experience in a collaborative setting that prioritizes quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support equipment and process establishment and validation.
  • Generate and approve process documentation.
  • Ensure manufacturing operations are effective, safe, and compliant within the organizational framework.
  • Maintain processes in alignment with GMP, Standard Operating Procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project team members to achieve project goals.
  • Implement and support staff training and development programs.
  • Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing, filling, inspection, and packaging processes.
  • Track improvements and report solutions to key collaborators.

Eh&s:

  • Understand and align with emergency procedures and safe systems of work.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety rules, signage, and instructions.
  • Promptly report and investigate all accidents, near misses, and breaches of rules.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Science or Engineering, ideally in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Chemical Engineering.
  • Mechanical and software operation knowledge is desirable.
  • Proactive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving and task execution.
