What You'll Do

You will join the Learning & Development (L&D) team in BCG’s Milan office, supporting training, development, and engagement initiatives for the Consulting Team (CT) population across the East Mediterranean and Caspian (EMC) system.
Your role will focus on coordinating, organizing, and executing L&D activities and events, ensuring smooth operations, efficient logistics, and high-quality delivery.

You will collaborate with local and regional HR and L&D colleagues, external vendors, and various internal stakeholders to ensure excellent employee experience and flawless implementation of training programs.

 

You are good at:

  • Providing operational and organizational support to the Learning & Development team;
  • Managing logistics, calendars, and communication for training programs, workshops, and other development events;
  • Preparing materials, coordinating participants, and ensuring that each session runs smoothly;
  • Supporting onboarding and orientation activities for new joiners;
  • Maintaining and updating training data and records (attendance, feedback, completion rates, etc.);
  • Ensuring smooth coordination between teams, trainers, and participants, anticipating needs and solving issues proactively;
  • Demonstrating excellent attention to detail, time management, and reliability in fast-paced environments;


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with exposure to HR, Communication, Marketing, or Event Management fields.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both in Italian and English (C1).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • A proactive, flexible, and service-oriented mindset, with a passion for people development and team collaboration.


Who You'll Work With

You will be part of BCG’s HR team, collaborating closely with colleagues across different HR workstreams to integrate D&I perspectives into broader people’s processes. You will also work with members of various D&I networks and contribute to embedding inclusion in BCG’s organizational culture.
