Contract Type: Curricular/Extracurricular Internship

Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension or contract)

39 hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Project Management team to support the planning, coordination, and control of strategic company projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project planning support: Assist in defining timelines, milestones, and deliverables

Progress monitoring: Track project status and update documentation

Stakeholder coordination: Facilitate communication between internal and external teams

Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on project status

Document management: Organize and archive project documentation

Data analysis: Support in analyzing KPIs and performance metrics

Meeting support: Participate in and support the organization of project meetings

Required Qualifications

Education: • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture or Engineering • Basic knowledge of Project Management methodologies (certification preferred)

Technical Skills: • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, etc.)

Soft Skills: • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities • Strong results orientation and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams • Flexibility and adaptability to change • Proactivity and initiative

Language Requirements: • Fluent Italian speaker • Fluent English (B2/C1 level)

Descrizione del Ruolo

Cerchiamo una risorsa motivata da inserire nel nostro team di Project Management per supportare la pianificazione, il coordinamento e il controllo di progetti strategici aziendali.

Responsabilità Principali

Supporto alla pianificazione di progetto: Assistere nella definizione di tempistiche, milestone e deliverable

Monitoraggio avanzamento: Tracciare lo stato dei progetti e aggiornare la documentazione

Coordinamento stakeholder: Facilitare la comunicazione tra team interni ed esterni

Reporting: Preparare report periodici sullo stato dei progetti

Gestione documentale: Organizzare e archiviare la documentazione di progetto

Analisi dati: Supportare nell'analisi di KPI e metriche di performance

Supporto meeting: Partecipare e supportare l'organizzazione di riunioni di progetto

Requisiti Richiesti

Formazione: • Laurea Triennale/Magistrale in Architettura o Ingegneria • Conoscenza di base delle metodologie di Project Management (certificazione preferibile)

Competenze Tecniche: • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office • Familiarità con strumenti di project management (MS Project, ecc.)

Soft Skills: • Eccellenti capacità organizzative e di problem solving • Forte orientamento ai risultati e attenzione ai dettagli • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e relazionali • Capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari • Flessibilità e adattabilità al cambiamento • Proattività e spirito di iniziativa

Requisiti Linguistici: • Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (livello B2/C1)
