Job Description:
The Unbranded Marketing Intern will support Gulf Inc’s Supply and Trading team. This role provides exposure to multiple areas of the business and is ideal for a student interested in energy markets, analytics, and commercial operations. The intern will assist with developing and analyzing reports that support business development decisions, fuel supply strategies, and overall performance. They will help reconcile data, investigate discrepancies, and participate in problem-solving efforts that drive operational efficiency. The role involves significant cross-functional collaboration with supply, scheduling, accounting, and IT teams, offering both short-term assignments and longer-term project work.
What You'll Do:
- Partner closely with the Commercial Supply team to support daily operations and strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a Front Office representative and manage referential data input and setups, collaborating effectively with Middle Office and Back Office teams to ensure alignment and accuracy across functions.
- Develop visual aids, dashboards, and reporting tools in coordination with other teams.
- Deliver meaningful analyses to support data-driven decision-making.
- Gain a deep understanding of internal and proprietary systems, including data structures, connections, and accessibility within these frameworks.
- Analyze potential new markets, products, and store opportunities to support growth initiatives.
- Assist in exploring new opportunities to identify, evaluate, and onboard new supply sources.
- Support analysis of pricing, freight mechanisms, and market trends for both short- and long-term supply opportunities.
- Help to identify and resolve daily operational issues in preparation for month-end close.
What We're Looking For:
- Pursuing degree in Business Administration (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics) or Industrial Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Power BI, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
- Previous internship experience preferred.

Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in a college or university with a major that aligns with the department
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Office)
- Previous internship experience preferred
