Your Internship Experience

We’re committed to supporting your learning and growth. As an intern, you’ll have access to a variety of training opportunities and the chance to build connections across the business. Your journey with us will be filled with meaningful experiences, new skills, and plenty of support. This will be a 6-month internship program, and you will also have the flexibility to choose the business area that excites you most. 

Internship Opportunties

ZAN Operations Intern

• Assist with everyday operational tasks and help execute plans under the guidance of experienced team members.
• Help with commission reconciliations, onboarding new advisors, and allocating leads to the appropriate advisors.
• Conduct in-depth research, analyze data or operational issues, and help formulate recommendations. Participate in developing and implementing practical solutions.
• Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports and Power BI dashboards to support decision-making for our management team.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver results both independently and as part of the team.

ZAN Sales Quality Support Intern  

• Assist experienced advisors in managing day-to-day business activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Help schedule and coordinate customer appointments, making sure clients are well-informed and prepared.
• Support renewal activities by following up with customers and ensuring timely completion of necessary actions.
• Organize and schedule annual policy reviews between advisors and customers, helping maintain long-term relationships.
• Confidently handles telephonic communication by proactively reaching out to customers and responding to their queries, ensuring a positive and helpful experience.
• Responds to quality assurance inquiries from advisors, clients, or new team members, offering clear guidance and reliable support to ensure a smooth experience for all.
• Demonstrates strong English communication skills and proficient use of Excel to effectively manage tasks and support team objectives.

Who We’re Looking For

• You hold a valid residence visa in the United Arab Emirates
• You need to be able to commit to the full duration (6 months) of the internship program
• You’re a fresh graduate or anyone who graduated within the past 12 months
• You’re genuinely interested in building a career in insurance
• You have a positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn
• You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally
• You pay attention to detail and stay organized
• You’re comfortable using Microsoft Office 365
• You work well independently and as part of a team
