Job Description

Cintas is currently looking for an IT Intern Engineer for the IT Supply Chain Management Team. IT Supply Chain Management Team manages and supports applications that Cintas Rental, Global Supply Chain, First Aid and Safety and Fire Protection divisions use for Procurement to Pay and Inventory Management processes. This position will have the opportunity to work closely with functional analysts and software engineers developing, understanding requirement changes, unit and system testing, cross impact evaluation, providing support for the applications. The applicant must communicate effectively with business and IT partners and have an aptitude to learn and understand Cintas business processes.

Role:

Work with SAP SCM functional analysts to Gather requirements, Understand production issues, Help in preparing functional specifications, test the designed functionality.
Work with IT SCM team to prepare process documentation of major processes and workflows.
Work with cross-functional teams including logistics, procurement, and IT.
Assist in configuring and testing SAP modules like MM (Materials Management), Inventory Management.

Opportunities:

Experience in gathering functional requirements, understand procure to pay and processes and Inventory Management processes and how SAP ERP software implements these processes and managing them through the software developing lifecycle.
Experience in planning, unit testing, and system testing of application changes.
Exposure to Change Management and Change Transport Management.
Exposure to SAP Material Management, SAP Inventory Management.

Exposure to SAP S/4 HANA.
