Client Solutions Associate – Internship

FactSet’s Client Solutions Internship Program introducesyou to FactSet’s solutions, clients, industry, and multiple teamswithinour client-facing and sales organization. You will beginyourinternshipwith a comprehensive training followed by a program thatoffers unique opportunities to contribute to our clients throughassisting account teamswith client projects, directlyengagingwith clients via phone or client visits, and developingcreative solutions to our clients’ greatest challenges.

WhatYou’llDo:

Duringour 20-week long (February - July) paid Spring internship, you will:

• Shadow account teams to learn about different client-facing groups, client types, and our service model

• Assist account teamswithdifferent client projects, new user trainings, and strategic initiatives

• Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals as theyprovideourindustry-leading support by phone and through on-site client visits

• Expand yourknowledge of our client base and financialmarketsthrough a series of learningactivities, mock demos, and client interactions

• Complete large-scaleindependentprojects and presentyourfindings to the senior management team
  

WhatWe’reLookingFor:

Client Solutions Interns have a stronginterest in Finance and/or FinTech, client centricmindset, and desire to collaborateacrossteams to create unique and innovative solutions.

Other Experience:

• Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities

• Ability to buildrelationships and work on teams

• Proficiency at learning and using new technology

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills

• Students in good academic standing

• Fluency or business level French

• Currently completinganM2in Finance, Economics, or a related field
