Within the Digital function, the Governance and Transformation department plays a key transversal role in enabling the Digital Transformation, from FRAMING - expressing strategic intentions and defining simple, flexible and scalable frames - to SUPPORTING Domains and Product and service line (PSL) while ensuring alignment between functions and divisions - to REPORTING through consolidated views, highlighting hotspots and relevant needs for support & decision-making.

In India, the Digital Strategy, Governance & Transformation team plays a key transversal role promoting synergies between multiple domains across Airbus worldwide with a flexible and adaptable approach which helps in sharing best practices, architecture, innovation, operational excellence and being efficient with cost, quality and time.

You will support the leadership team in structuring, organizing, and animating our digital transformation journey. From project coordination to internal communications and governance rhythm, you will help our team operate with greater clarity, impact, and alignment with global strategy.

This internship role offers a unique exposure to Digital governance at scale, international collaboration, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how digital initiatives are driven in a global context.

As an intern in Data & Analytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team with various tasks, including:

Financial Data Analysis: Gather and transform financial data to generate valuable insights, supporting month-end close processes and variance analysis for the finance team.
Ad-hoc Financial Analysis: Provide support to the finance team on special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as guided by the lead.
Dashboard Design & Development: Assist in designing and building dashboards for effective KPI data visualization.
Automation for Data Consistency: Develop automation solutions to ensure data consistency for performance reviews and automate repetitive data-gathering and reporting tasks using scripts.
Project Support: Support the project lead in daily operations by preparing presentations, reports, and memos.
Process Documentation: Assist in documenting billing processes and procedures.

Your profile

A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Digital Transformation, or equivalent.
Strong organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Google Workspace / Visual tool sets for content creation and editing.
Fullstack development
A strong sense of initiative, curiosity, and intercultural awareness.
Fluent in English
