Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to support our sales and go-to-market teams with data-driven insights. This internship is ideal for students or early-stage professionals who are passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment. You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, and operations to uncover trends, optimize CRM systems, and contribute to impactful initiatives that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Responsibilities:
Analyze sales performance data and generate regular reports and dashboards for leadership
Track and evaluate key sales KPIs (e.g. conversion rates, pipeline velocity, win/loss ratios)
Assist in forecasting and pipeline analysis using CRM data
Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in customer behavior and sales activity
Support preparation of business reviews, presentations, and performance summaries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market strategies and campaigns
Help maintain and optimize CRM data quality and structure
Contribute to ad hoc analysis and projects that improve sales efficiency and effectiveness
Willingness to travel: > 50%
Qualifications:
Ongoing studies in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Experience with Excel and basic familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Comfortable working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights
Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A proactive, collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
