Context
The Tech &Data department (~200 employees across the globe) provides products, services, and support to all SCOR Group worldwide. Its 2 key challenges today are to successfully implement its new Target Operating Model (TOM), to be supported by an ambitious pluri-annual internalization plan to deliver innovative products and services to its clients.


The Tech &Data organization is an Agile matricial organization relying on 4 pillars:

  1.  Data and System Engineering, made of teams dedicated to Data Center of Excellence, Software Engineering and Architecture
  2. Management &Control (M&C) & Corporate Systems, made of teams supporting Crews and Transversal Functional Domains: Governance, Transformation, Security & Compliance, Financial Control, Sourcing & Vendor Management, Processes, Investments and Corporate Functions
  3. Technical, made of teams dedicated to Operational Security, Network, Workplace & Support
  4. Crews and Transversal Functional Domains made crews

Crews are supported by Chapters (System Engineering, Cloud, Architecture, DevOps, …) and both Technical and M&C teams fully dedicated to the delivery of SCOR products, services and support.

The Investments Crew is dedicated to asset management activities with 2 main business lines:

  1.  SCOR Group Investment Office in charge of the global management and follow up of Scor
    Portfolios
  2. SCOR Investment Partners in charge of developing a profitable third-party asset
    management activity

The team is structured in 5 Squads :

  • Client Activity Management
  • Order Management & Position Keeping
  • Data Management & Reporting
  • Risk Management
  • Internal control & Compliance

A global Tech Lead allows transversality in the Crew.
As part of 2025, strategic projects are ongoing both on SCOR IP and SCOR GIO side.

Required experience & competencies

  • Knowledge of the Investments business and/or the financial services industry is mandatory
  • Business-driven mindset and strong appetite to understand functional context
  • Agile & project management methodology
  • Professional level in English and French (written, spoken)
  • Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Team spirit and wish to collaborate with various stakeholders within IT

Required Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related analytical
    field required; or equivalent experience

Under the operational responsibility of the IT Crew Lead, the primary responsibility of the Internship
Solution Analyst is to participate to help the team regarding : preparation, execution, analysis and
followup linked to testing phasis or any new subject identified by the Crew Leader in collaboration
with the different Solution Owners.

Your mission and tasks will be:

Collaboration, information-sharing
o Work with the project team to prepare, organize and document the testing phasis
o Realize the testing cases and document results and proof into our Devops tool
o Documente and participate to resolution with the project team

Documentation
o Work with the project team to identify recurring issues and help documentation for
further Business Support Process

Support
o As part of the project Team, work on Business issues to help remediation
o Work on enhancement propositions
