We’re looking for enthusiastic and people-focused students to join our Summer 2026 General & Administrative Internship Program. As an intern on our HR, People & Culture, or Workplace Services teams, you’ll play a hands-on role in building a great employee experience—from supporting talent initiatives and engagement programs to helping create inclusive, collaborative work environments. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to learn how strategic HR operations, culture-building efforts, and workplace programs contribute to organizational success.
We’re looking for enthusiastic Summer 2026 G&A Interns to join our team. This 12-week internship program is based in San Jose, CA and offers a hybrid work environment. You will be responsible for:
- Assigned Project(s): taking ownership of assigned projects and feature development, working closely with team members, mentors and various stakeholders to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
- Collaboration: attending and contributing to daily stand-ups, sprint planning and design reviews focussed on developing new solutions and supporting cross-functional initiatives
- Innovation: quickly learning and applying new process required for your project(s)
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Psychology, Business and other related business degrees
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with passion for innovation and technology

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
