The Business Operations team helps guide and articulate technology strategy and research, and is responsible for driving the day-to-day operation of the Product & Technology organization, including: project and portfolio management and tracking; organization-level capital, space, and resource management and allocation; process management; technical incident management; and our administrative and workplace experience support team.

What You Will Do:
- Support the end-to-end execution and delivery of a high-priority technical program, ensuring ongoing alignment with defined objectives, requirements, and estimates.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and reporting project milestones, blockers, and risks to foster program-wide transparency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen and maintain project documentation using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable.
- Apply foundational knowledge of technical architecture and tools to help drive problem-solving conversations across technical teams.
- Assist in creating and refining presentations with clear narrative structure and visually appealing designs for various audiences.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and technical architecture
- Proven ability to facilitate effective communication across disparate teams, autonomously work on multiple assignments, and implement process and cultural improvements
- Evidence of strong planning, organizational, delivery, and problem-solving skills
- Exemplary written communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills
- Be highly proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience in technical internships/roles
- Enthusiasm for technology and innovation, especially in the media and entertainment industry
- Coursework or certifications in project management (e.g., CAPM, Agile, Scrum)
Education:
- Currently enrolled undergraduate student in an accredited college/university, pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or other related field.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- Fully available from M-F, 40 hours each week for the entire program duration: May/June - August/September 2026 (12 weeks)
- Able to provide own housing for the duration of the internship program
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
