Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the smooth onboarding of new employees, including preparing welcome packets, organizing orientation sessions, coordinating paperwork, and helping new hires settle in.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative assistance such as updating employee records and HR databases, filing HR documents, and assisting with report generation.
  • Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries, help address basic employee concerns, and escalate more complex issues to HR management as needed.
  • General HR Support: Assist with other HR functions, including recruitment efforts, coordinating interviews, creating and posting job ads, and contributing to HR projects and initiatives.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks and projects as needed to support the HR department and overall business operations.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
