Giovinazzo Process Engineer – Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a Process Engineer Intern to join us in Giovinazzo Plant (BARI) for a hands-on internship focused on learning and contributing to production process optimization. You’ll support the Plant Process Engineer and gain exposure to industrial operations, data analysis and continuous improvement projects.

Key Activities

• Support in analyzing product specifications and production data
• Follow process improvement initiatives and KPI tracking
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement activities
• Receive training on SAP, data analysis tools and engineering methodologies

Who we are looking for

• Engineering student or recent graduate
• Strong interest in manufacturing and process optimization
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Proficient in MS Office
