About the Role:

• Contribute to product design improvements, focusing on complex components within new product development projects.

• Lead and/or support initiatives related to combustion safety and airflow optimization.

• Enhance test fixtures and methods used for performance validation.

• Develop and document test procedures for evaluating new designs.

• Work independently with guidance from senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support 5-year roadmap of residential gas furnace product development.

• Collaborate across departments to understand customers' needs, invent solutions, and help define product features and functions.

• Contribute to improve safety, reliability, and performance of our products.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in the Engineering Field

• Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.

• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of combustion or HVAC products and principles

• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Self-driven and proactive

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Strong personal and technical communication skills

• Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
