About the Role:
Contribute to product design improvements, focusing on complex components within new product development projects.
Lead and/or support initiatives related to combustion safety and airflow optimization.
Enhance test fixtures and methods used for performance validation.
Develop and document test procedures for evaluating new designs.
Work independently with guidance from senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Support 5-year roadmap of residential gas furnace product development.
Collaborate across departments to understand customers' needs, invent solutions, and help define product features and functions.
Contribute to improve safety, reliability, and performance of our products.
Basic Qualifications
Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in the Engineering Field
Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of combustion or HVAC products and principles
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-driven and proactive
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong personal and technical communication skills
Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
