2026 Summer Internships

Player Profile

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education or graduate program

• Graduating May 2026 – July 2027  

• Available toparticipatein a 12-week internship starting mid-May

• Currentlyresidingin Canada or open torelocatingoneself to Canada

• Exhibits learning agility;has the ability tothink differently, and/or grasp and apply new skills and concepts

• Approaches problems in a clear, well-organized, and solutions-oriented manner

• Works well with others and contributes to team tasks

• Able to effectively communicate problems, solutions, needs, or priorities

• Is engaged,seeksto learn, andis able tomanage time effectively

Internship Opportunities

All internships will be conductedin-person.Hosting managers willdeterminewhen and how often interns work in the office. Interns living150km+ away from the office location will have theoptionto opt into relocation services and receive a living stipend to supplement costs.

VFX Artist:As a VFX Artist, you will work with in-game FX systems to create a wide range of real-time visual effects (fire, smoke,water, electricity, explosions,etc). Learn how toutilizethe principles of motion, anticipation, dynamics, follow-through, lighting, and otherfacetsof animation to create dynamic effects that enhance the visual storytelling experience.

• Experience with crafting real-time effects using Photoshop, Maya, or other in-game FX systems

• An understanding of Unity, Unreal, or other game engines

• Knowledge of 3D graphics, particle systems, physics, ribbons, shaders, etc.
