5G Architecture Co-op

Position: 5G Arch Co-op

Duration: 4 months
Date: January – May 
Location: Remote or Hybrid – Naperville, IL

Education recommendations:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field at an accredited university in the U.S. with participation in a recognized co-op program.

You're a great fit if you have:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/React.
• Exposure to machine learning or Natural Language Processing tools.
• Experience with Linux and Git/GitLab.
• Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, etc.).
• Experience with Visual Studio Code.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies.

It Would Be Nice If You Also Had:

• Machine learning frameworks.
• Google Cloud Platform experience.
• Docker and cloud deployment.
• Knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Familiarity with Agile development.
• LangChain/LlamaIndex for LLM applications.

• Develop AI document processing pipelines for 5G architecture data cleaning and vector storage
• Build Python/React web applications supporting 5G architecture decision-making
• Implement vector databases and retrieval systems for telecommunications documentation
• Work with LLMs and Google Cloud AI tools (Vertex AI, AI Studio)
• Participate in Agile sprints with testing, documentation, and deployment
