Join our Management Reporting and Planning Center of Excellence (CoE) as a Finance Analyst Intern, supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Collaborate with finance partners, drive projects, and gain exposure to global financial operations.
Perform routine and ad-hoc financial analysis needed to support various Finance partners across the organization, including Operations Finance and Procurement Finance
Assist the Finance team at month-end with consolidating reports, preparing presentations for management, and/or other ad hoc requests; including EBIT results, manufacturing variances, working capital, etc.
Assist with the annual budgeting process, including preparation of supporting templates, allocation files, and consolidation of business submissions
Drive process improvement efforts that reduce time, facilitate analysis, and promote better decision-making
Validate internal reporting and analysis data for accuracy and completeness
Lead projects initiatives that create value-add for the finance function
Communicate with project leads to provide real-time and routine progress updates
Gain exposure to reports related to Working Capital, EBIT and Manufacturing Variances
Complete reporting needed for annual government manufacturing survey filings
Qualifications:
Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university
Majoring in Accounting, General Business, Finance, or International business
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Results-oriented; promotes continuous improvement and modernization
Strong analytical skills and knowledge with ability to handle large data sets
Ability to work independently on several projects at once
SAP or other ERP experience preferred, but not required
Experience with global companies is preferred, but not required
