The Enterprise Analytics team is seeking a Process Improvement Intern to join the team in a part-time (20 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) capacity in the spring of 2026. This role will focus on process design and documentation, including the creation and organization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The intern will play a key role in helping streamline internal workflows through clear, structured documentation. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, writing, and organizational skills, and an interest in learning how enterprise analytics teams operate—without needing a technical background.

This position is located in our Cincinnati, OH headquarters and will work on a hybrid schedule.

Job Functions & Responsibilities

  • Design and document internal processes to support operational efficiency.

  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Collaborate with team members to gather input and ensure documentation accuracy.

  • Organize documentation in a structured and accessible format.

  • Assist in identifying gaps or inconsistencies in existing documentation.

  • Participate in meetings to observe workflows and translate them into clear process documentation.

  • Support ad hoc documentation needs across the Enterprise Analytics team.

Job Qualifications

  • Education: Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree. Preferably in business, communications, or related fields of study.

  • Must be able to work part-time (minimum of 20 hours during the spring 2026 semester) or full-time (up to 40 hours weekly).
