Responsible for launching Zebra Workcloud solutions globally and activating them in North America, this role involves collaborating with product teams to develop product positioning and messaging. It also includes creating key differentiators and marketing materials such as website copy, presentations, and digital assets to support sales and partners in promoting our solutions.
The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!
This marketing Internship at Zebra will provide you with the foundation to explore and apply for Zebra's Marketing Development Program (MDP). The MDP is a two-year, full-time rotational program offering employees the opportunity to learn from experts throughout the marketing organization at our Lincolnshire, IL headquarters.
Responsibilities:
Launching a Zebra product involves many steps, and you’ll be at the forefront by assisting with daily tasks to ensure we meet our launch deadlines. This could include creating content for sales or partner newsletters, writing, editing, and proofreading website copy, or managing product photos and marketing assets. You might also interview Zebra sellers to understand customer preferences and use that feedback to improve presentations and other marketing materials. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with our skilled engineers to translate technical information into effective sales differentiators.

THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN LINCOLNSHIRE, IL. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related
- Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026-2028
- Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Current college student interested in B2B software
- Completion of at least two courses focused on writing
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Video editing/creation is a plus
- Ability to use AI (or willingness to learn)
- Highly organized with ability to multi-task. An interest in working in a B2B environment and learn about technical solutions (vs consumer products) is also useful
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary: USD 22.00 - USD 32.00 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
