• Job Title: Working Student/ Intern FP&A

• Department: Finance

• Location: Berlin or Munich

• Job Type: Working Student / Internship 6-12 months

We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical, and ambitious FP&A Working Student or Intern to join our finance team in Berlin or Munich. You’ll collaborate closely with Strategic Finance, Accounting, and Leadership to help us scale, improve visibility into our performance, and support decision-making across the business. This is a unique opportunity to learn from experienced finance professionals and leadership in a unicorn-stage startup while taking real ownership from day one.

What you’ll do:

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting across global markets

• Build and automate reports, dashboards, and analyses for leadership and investors

• Support cash management and treasury operations, including liquidity tracking and short-term forecasting

• Work cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, and Leadership to improve visibility, processes, and decision-making

• Support KPI tracking, business case modeling, and performance reviews

• Contribute to fundraising and board reporting materials

• Drive ad-hoc analytical projects that help shape Choco’s growth

Who you are:

• First work experience in late-stage scale up, venture capital, strategy consulting, or investment banking

• Above-average financial and analytical skills (modeling, accounting, business case analysis)

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field

• Strong academic background with a track record of high performance (top 10%)

• Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-moving environments

• Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to learn

• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
