As sales intern you will develop and execute sales strategies based on customer and market analysis, while learning how to turn insights into actions that drive category and business growth. Your responsibilities will include promotional planning, in-store execution, and multi-functional collaboration with marketing, finance and product supply teams. Working closely with Walmart, you will gain valuable experience in customer management, joint business planning, and execution in a dynamic retail environment. The energy and dynamism of day-to-day sales are factors that make this position attractive and interesting.

Job Qualifications

• Be an active Student (bachelor/university degree) in your penultimate/last year of study (12-18 months to graduation) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or raleted fields.

• Finish studies and all requirements on November 2026 onwards.

• Have intermediate English Skills (B2 or above in CEFR)

• Show evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.

• Have short work experience, internships or studies abroad

• Have strong verbal and writing interpersonal skills

• Have strong Leadership Capabilities
