General Description:
As an Intern with ACCO, you will be responsible for clerical and related administrative duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and program support, including data entry, scheduling, coordinating, and attending meetings, preparing written correspondence/reports, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Participate in training and assignments such as business communication, presentation, and professional skills development.
- Find and retrieve information from files in response to requests from authorized users.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Strong aptitude for learning new systems and programs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal communication/relationship skills
- Proficiency with MS Windows, including MS Word and MS Excel
- Demonstrated customer service excellence, including professional, courteous phone skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Preferred, but not required:
- High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)

- The employee may regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision and Distance vision.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
- The employee is regularly required to walk and sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl (for purposes of filling photocopier/printers).
- Occasionally required to reach above shoulder height to access storage cabinets and mail cubicles.

Hours:
Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with occasional overtime as required.
Competitive Wages:
$15.85 to $20.43 per hour. Applicants please note that actual compensation is determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location, among others. The offered wage or salary is only one aspect of an employee's total compensation.
