Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects.  These opportunities can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals.

The position is for an internship opportunity within the Supply Chain and/or Value Chain organization in support of our Manufacturing Division. You will be assigned challenging projects on teams across various functions within Supply Chain organization. We are focused on driving growth and patient impact, while ultimately fulfilling our company’s mission to save and improve lives. 

Candidates will participate on projects, which will strengthen the candidates’ skills in teamwork, collaboration, and leadership in one of the following areas:

  • Demand planning and fulfillment

  • Warehouse management

  • Distribution and logistics

  • Launch planning

  • Data analytics

  • Lean Six Sigma

  • Global improvement initiatives

The successful intern candidate is:

  • An individual motivated to cultivate their leadership skills along with their technical and business skills by applying their knowledge within supply chain and manufacturing areas.

Required Education and Experience:

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a BS or MS program in one of the following:

  • Supply Chain/Logistics

  • Operations Research, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field of study

  • Engineering (Biomedical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, etc.)

  • Biomanufacturing or related field of study

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Ideal candidate will possess superior communication and interpersonal skills, a problem solver, and a team player with the ability to work independently.

  • Ideal candidate should have leadership experience in field of study, extracurricular activity, previous internship or undergraduate research, or military.

  • GPA 3.0 or higher

  • At least one additional quarter/semester of coursework remaining after completion of this internship

Salary range:
The salary range for this role is $39,600.00-$105,500.00 USD
