Business Analyst Intern

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to drive processes, efficiencies, and documentation for several of our critical projects.  The ideal candidate is detailed oriented and with a keen awareness on how to improve the processes, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and work with the project teams to facilitate the collection of requirements, user stories, and dependencies through release planning events.

Role: 

• Organize and host quarterly release planning events.
• Assist, as needed, with the creation of CDRLs, such as PMR slides, MSR, and DAL, for NOVASTAR and MEGASTAR projects. 
• Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation of workflows, policies, and procedures, as needed. 
• Work with project teams to assist Scrum Master and Product Owners in building backlogs for the development teams. 
• Maintain staffing spreadsheets across project teams to ensure coverage and appropriate security clearances and accounts. 
• Assist documentation of business development tasks for software group  

Required Qualifications:  

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or process improvement discipline 
• U.S Citizenship with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Security Clearance

• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills 
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights 
• Analytical mindset with sharp problem-solving abilities 
• Proficiency in software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
