Job Description

We are currently seeking an EMEA Retail and Business Analysis Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:

  • Supporting the Forecast and budget process collaborating with other departments by collecting and providing information needed

  • Supporting Finance & Business performance in calculating Retail Financial KPIs (Sales density, Staff productivity)

  • Supporting in preparing the monthly Business performance review vs HQ

  • Analyzing retail stores performance (ranking, positioning, competitors)

  • Monitoring targets and commissions performance vs LY and Budget


Who you are:

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Economics, Finance or a related field

  • Passionate about fashion and customer centric, with interest for retail and an omnichannel approach

  • Attention to detail, effective communication, natural empathy with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment.

  • Flexibility and adaptability

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills

  • Fluent written and spoken English essential

  • Strong PC (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytical skills
